rui yun

Rui Yun teaches Slimming Yoga.

She loves a seamless mix of flow classes and arm balances.

Fun fact: Outside of yoga , she's a coffee lover, loves solo travels and a good read!

Yong Sheng (YS)

Yong Sheng teaches Yoga Pilates and Hip & Shoulder Opening.

Yong Sheng specialises in Hatha Yoga and has been an avid practictioner and trainer since 2018. She is a registered Yoga Teacher Certification (RYT) from a Yoga Alliance (YA).

Alyssa

Alyssa teaches Power Flow and Intro to Inversions.

She is a certified 200 hour Yoga Teaching Training Certification (YTTC) and has been teaching at Avante Group since 2020. She teaches yoga flow, weight loss & detox hot yoga.

Fun fact: Besides yoga, she enjoys bouldering, and is also a singer who used to perform opera!

Tran

Tran teaches Yoga Wheel and Aerial Basic.

Beyond the mat, Tran enjoys her own time at the favourite café, strolling alone in the park and immersing herself in familiar music.

Jessie

Jessie teaches Zumba.

She has been teaching yoga since 2004, with over 19 years of experience in teaching of Aerial yoga & Aerobics exercise like Zumba, Tabata & Belly Dance.

She loves Zumba because through music she establishes good communication with others!

lina

Lina teaches Yoga Therapy, Hip Opening, Hatha Basics, Vinyasa Flow, Backbend Therapy and Yoga Pilates.


Her favourite yoga pose is Pincha Mayurasana. She enjoys movement of all kinds, from Vinyasa Yoga, to swimming, to speed walking, to keep her calm and grounded.

Raina

Raina teaches Yoga Pilates.

She loves to use stretch bands while she practices yoga to strengthen her bones and muscles.
Meditation is her core which holds her together and helps her to always have a smile!

Gary

Gary teaches Yoga Wheel, Hatha Basic, Yin Yoga and Yoga Flow.

Yogasanas practice is like a game to Gary, where every session is a different discovery of what his body is able to do. His favourite Asana is Sirsanasa, headstand. Being inverted helps him to see this upside down world with clarity.

Gauri

⁠Gauri teaches Slimming Yoga.

Other than Yoga and gymming, she also practices Kalaripayattu, which is a traditional Indian martial art form.

She is also a social media addict like any other Gen Z, and is a freelance social media manager.

Andrea

Andrea teaches Yoga Flow.

She is a dancer-turned-yogi. She used to do street jazz and girls' style. She likes to mix up her workout routine, with yoga, gym, dance, pilates, spin, or even just a long walk.

angela

Angela teaches Aerial Pilates.

She likes to spend her off days working out: aerial yoga, reformers pilates, or running.

You’ll find her cozying up playing the piano or just rewatching Friends/ How I Met Your Mother for the nth time.

Iris

Iris teaches Aerial Basic.

She loves practicing creative flows in the air! You can always expect to try some fun and beautiful poses in her class.

Fun fact: She loves aerial, but also has experience in pole!

mich

Mich teaches Zen Yoga.

She enjoys the calming effects of yoga, and brings her peaceful presence into her classes.

Fun fact: Mich is also a fashion TikToker!

Kerine

Kerine teaches K-Pop Basics.

She has been self-taught in K-pop dance since she was 12 years old!

Fun fact: She is also a pescatarian, because she loves animals and wants to make compassionate food choices.

WIN

Win teaches Yoga Pilates and Total Body Burn Circuit.

He enjoys both fast and slow-paced workouts, and likes to spend an equal time in the gym and on the mat.

Fun fact: He is a mobile games enthusiast!

Eunice

Eunice teaches Aerial Basic.

She loves the calming lifestyle that comes with yoga practice. Other than Aerial, she enjoys practising the traditional styles of yoga.

Fun fact: She is a mother of an 8 year-old girl, who is her awesomely flexible partner for parent-child yoga!

NIKKI

Nikki teaches Aerial Basic.

She enjoys practicing other types of yoga, such as Yoga Wheel or Yoga Pilates.

Fun fact: Nikki practiced yoga all through her pregnancy—her little one was doing downward dog before he was born!

AYESHA

Ayesha teaches Yoga Pilates

Yoga has been a part of her life for many years, shaping her strength, flexibility, and peaceful presence.

Fun fact: Ayesha loves chocolate—a little sweet indulgence that always brings her joy!

Eunice teaches Yoga Pilates.

She loves staying active, whether through practicing yoga or training at the gym.

Fun fact: She loves bread, and she also has a twin!

SYAH

Syah teaches Zumba

Her happy and energetic personality lights up the room, and you'll love the vibe of her Zumba classes!

farhan

Farhan will be teaching Total Body Burn Circuit.

Expect an energizing workout, with expert form and technique guidance!

Fun fact: Farhan also loves to do calisthenics, and competes in Hyrox!

GINA

Gina teaches Hip & Shoulder Opening.

Passionate about all things fitness—when she’s not on the mat, she’s training in martial arts.

Fun fact: Gina is from Vietnam!

MAYURI

Mayuri teaches Backbend Therapy.

She has been practicing yoga for many years, and it not only enhances her physical fitness but also strengthens her mental well-being.

Fun fact: She is a working mother of two children, and yoga enables her to easily balance work and family life!
